1. Acceptance
By accessing ronghengce.com (the "Site") or downloading, installing, or using any mobile application published by HK FENTRIX CO., LIMITED (the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Apps.
2. Services
HK FENTRIX CO., LIMITED is a Hong Kong–registered company that operates four interconnected lines of business:
- Import & Export — procurement, wholesale, retail, and procurement agency for diversified legal commodities.
- Supply-chain management — partner coordination, planning, and operational support.
- Business & technical consulting — market entry, brand & marketing, and operational consulting.
- Mobile management app — published on Google Play and the Apple App Store, providing partners a unified operational surface.
HK FENTRIX may also support outbound investment activities and holding equity and assets in Hong Kong and abroad. We do not engage in banking, securities, insurance, money-services, or other licensed financial activities. Nothing in these Terms, the Site, or the Apps is an offer or solicitation of any regulated financial service.
3. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into business engagements with HK FENTRIX. The Apps are not directed at children under 13 (US — COPPA) or under 16 (EU/UK — GDPR-K), or below applicable local age. By using the Apps you represent that you meet these age requirements.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Apps for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual-property rights of HK FENTRIX or any third party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the Apps, related systems, or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, the Apps, or the servers or networks connected to them.
- Use the Site or Apps in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our prior written consent.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site or Apps.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, the Apps, and all content made available through them — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof — are the property of HK FENTRIX CO., LIMITED, our affiliates, or our content suppliers, and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
The HK FENTRIX name, the logos, and any related names, product names, and slogans are trademarks of HK FENTRIX CO., LIMITED. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks not owned by us that appear on the Site or in the Apps are the property of their respective owners.
6. Third-party services
The Site and Apps may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and services that are not owned or controlled by HK FENTRIX. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of every third-party site or service you visit.
The Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play; your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms:
7. App-store compliance
The Apps are developed and maintained in compliance with the following policies:
- Apple App Store Review Guidelines — including Human Interface Guidelines, content requirements, privacy practices, and ad guidelines.
- Google Play Developer Program Policy — including Developer Distribution Agreement, content policies, privacy and security policies, and ad policies.
- Google Play Families Policy — including age requirements and data practices for any audience that includes children.
- Apple's Privacy Manifest requirements — required APIs and tracking declarations.
Our Apps do not provide banking, securities, insurance, money-transmission, or any other regulated financial service. We do not engage in misleading advertising, do not target minors with personalised advertising, and honour platform-level ad-controls.
8. Region-specific terms
Depending on your location, additional rights and obligations may apply. We comply with the following regional regimes:
- GDPR (EU/UK) — lawfulness, fairness, transparency; data-subject rights; data-protection by design and by default.
- CCPA / CPRA (California) — consumer rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out; non-discrimination.
- LGPD (Brazil) — legal bases, data-subject rights, ANPD oversight.
- PIPEDA (Canada) — accountability, consent, accuracy, limiting use.
- Australia Privacy Act 1988 — APPs, OAIC oversight.
- Singapore PDPA — consent, purpose limitation, access and correction.
- Japan APPI — proper acquisition, use limitation, disclosure to third parties.

9. Disclaimers
The Site and the Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HK FENTRIX CO., LIMITED disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- The implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Warranties that the Site or Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content provided through the Site or Apps.
Nothing in these disclaimers is intended to override mandatory rights you may have under applicable local law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall HK FENTRIX CO., LIMITED, its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, agents, or licensors be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
- Damages resulting from (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or Apps; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Site or Apps; (c) any content obtained from or through the Site or Apps; or (d) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or the Apps is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim; or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HK FENTRIX CO., LIMITED, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your access to or use of the Site or Apps; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Apps at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including (without limitation) if we believe that you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and the Apps will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual-property rights.
14. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect, by posting the changes on the Site and (where appropriate) inside the Apps. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site or the Apps after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
